HOLY FUGZXZ. 

I managed to pull through that freaking Windows Live Messenger Uninstall problem.
Thanks to that Handy Uninstaller program. Plus, I can use back msn now.
I realised the problem that I can't sign into msn is because,

my laptop time was wrong.

I managed to change back to the correct time. But hopefully, the time can stay correct.
Because everytime I change my timings, I restart computer, the wrong time goes back again.
Probably the battery died. Gotta go charge, or change the batt.

Anyways, I'M SUPER HAPPY THAT I CAN USE BACK MSN! OH GOD.
I suffered by using eBuddy for 2/3 days, then I can't tolerate the sucky service,
determined to find the solution and TADA. HUHUHU.
